This Privacy Policy explains how Dapaidang Group Pte. Ltd., operating Nanjing Impressions Singapore, handles information through its website and the DPD Review Monitor, an internal business application used by authorized employees.

Information we access

The internal application may access Google Business Profile information that the authorized account has permission to manage, including business profile details, performance metrics, search keywords, customer reviews and business replies. It may also process operational feedback entered by authorized staff.

How information is used

Information is used only to manage customer reviews, prepare reply drafts, publish approved replies, monitor business performance, produce internal operational reports and improve restaurant service and marketing decisions.

Sharing and sale of information

We do not sell Google user data or customer review information. Access is limited to authorized personnel and service providers required to operate the application, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security controls. Information may be disclosed when required by law.

Data storage and retention

Operational records may be stored in access-controlled Google Workspace files and related systems for as long as reasonably necessary for restaurant operations, compliance, audit and service improvement. Access is removed when it is no longer required.
